you thief!

I was driving my bro back to campus and had to stop at the security checkpoint. Turns out that one of my friend was working night shift. Sticks his head out, says hi and asks if I had updated my website. I was like ermm… I haven’t updated it in 2 years and I haven’t checked it recently.

So last week, I decided to check if my designoholic.com website was still up. Apparently someone had stolen my domain name. Well, stolen is kind of a strong word, but someone had bought over my domain name and I no longer own thedesignoholic.com. I can’t really blame that person for buying it since I haven’t been updating my online portfolio after graduation and it expired a couple of months ago.

I always find it a challenge for a designer to work on his personal portfolio as opposed to working for a client. Not that working for client is easy, it’s just different when you’re your own client. Maybe it’s because I like too many different things. Or maybe it’s because I haven’t quite figured out how I want my work to be seen. Perfection.

Oh well, it’s time for dinner. Ta-ta!
